2022

After almost 3 years with no communication from the HRTO, the Tribunal matter resumed, and the parties revisited the Ontario Court of Appeal.

​

By the end of 2022, Donovan's claim had been cut in half by the HRTO, and the WRPSB increased their claim against Donovan.
