Complaints Dismissed

Donovan received responses to the complaints she filed in 2016. The following police oversight bodies refused to investigate the Waterloo Regional Police Services Board, Bryan Larkin and York Regional Police Service:

Class Action Lawsuit - May, 2017

A $167,000,000.00 class action lawsuit was filed against the Waterloo Regional Police Services Board and Association by female members of the police service. The amended statement of claim can be read here, (initial statement of claim was filed in May, 2017).

Donovan Resigned - June, 2017

Report Released - July 17, 2017

Donovan released her report "Systemic Misfeasance in Ontario Policing and the Coordinated Suppression of Whistleblowers" to the media, police services boards across Ontario and politicians across Canada.
